Lisa M. Tolusso
Lisa M. Tolusso received her B.A. degree from The Catholic University of America in 1986 and her J.D. degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1991. Lisa has been licensed in Virginia since 1999 and West Virginia since 1991. Lisa is a member of the Virginia State Bar and West Virginia Bar and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
She represented employers and workers in West Virginia, worked for the state commission deciding cases, and served on various boards, including drafting guidelines for medical providers and vocational providers participating in the care of injured workers and drafting guidelines for permanent total cases.
She has also practiced before the Social Security Administration representing disabled workers and represented employers and workers in Federal Black Lung cases.
Lisa has represented clients before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Virginia Court of Appeals
