Richard D. Lucas began his law career
in 1982 representing employers, self-insureds
and insurance companies in workers’ compensation and other
insurance matters.
On July 1, 2001, he founded Lucas Law Firm, focused exclusively
on representing
employers and insurers in workers’ compensation matters. In
November 2007,
Christopher M. Kite joined the firm as a shareholder. The Firm changed
its name to
Lucas & Kite, PLC. There are currently four attorneys. In addition,
Lucas & Kite
employs eight paralegals and legal assistants who each bring a wealth
of knowledge
and experience in the area of workers’ compensation.
The Firm is dedicated to providing its clients effective and outstanding
representation
and guidance. Our focus is on workers’ compensation issues
and in providing
professional assistance that meets and exceeds each client’s
